What is my return shipping cost?/ Will you pay for the return shipping cost?
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific shipping cost should be based on the express company you choose. NOTE: Please do not return items to the address on waybill, this is the carriers' warehouse address, not our returning address.
If due to our reasons, the products received are damaged or not correct, beachsissi will resend a correct or a new product, consumer is not required to bear cost to get a new product.
How to Start a Return & Exchange?
To apply for a case of return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary. You will then receive an email with our returning address which you will use it to ship back the items.
1. Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will help for us to track your return status and process. Please note the provided tracking number must be trackable.
2. All returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene strips attached. We do not accept the returned item that was worn, torn, snagged, stained or altered in any way, they must be in original condition when being returned.
3. Refunds will be reimbursed to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 3-5 business days to process. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a refund notification email.

Receiving Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
I. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
II. Shipping Rates & Shipping Time:
We have 2 shipping methods: Expedited Shipping and Express Shipping. The shipping rates and AVG shipping times are as following:
1. The shipping time listed in the table above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame. However, due to the impact of the CVOID-19, the international flight resources are in shortage recently, as well as the severe epidemic situations in overseas, it may leads to a delay of parcel processing and delivery services in destination countries in different uncertain ways.
2. Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by delivery man if necessary.
3. Please note that Beachsissi is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by Beachsissi.
4. We do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address and Military Address(APO/FPO) via Expedited Shipping methods, but express shipping methods are not available to P.O. Box or Military Addresses(APO/FPO). Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, Military Addresses(APO/FPO) usually take much longer than normal delivery time.
5. Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weathers. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after holiday or extreme weather ends.
6. Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in destination country. Especially for expedited shipping, please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address, even likely " not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any question, please reach out to our customer service.
7. Due to longer customs clearance time, the shipping time may be extended to 15-25 working days for destinations in Middle East, such as Israel, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc. 20-35 working days for destinations in Latin America, such as Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, etc. 12-25 working days for destinations in Africa, such as South Africa, Egypt, 10-25 working days in Philippines, Indonesia and India.
