How can I cancel my order?
Customer can cancel the order by following steps:
Step 1, Please email to our customer service and include: order number and the question you want to solve.
Step 2, Our customer service team will find and check your order status, if the order is not processed or shipped, we will cancel your order as per requested. If the order has been processed or shipped, then it cannot be canceled, you can ask for a return within 15 days from delivery date.
Step 3, Once the order canceled, the funds will be refund to your original account.
How can I exchange my order/item(s)?
Currently, we don't provide exchange services, because our fashion changes too quickly to keep enough stock.
How Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact us to request a return within 15 days from delivery date. there are about 4 steps as following:
Step 1, Please email to our customer service and include: order number and the question you want to solve.
Step 2, You will then receive a reply from our customer service team, in this reply, our team will needs your cooperation to briefly explain the reason for the return and provide some photos of product condition, this will help us to pre-check and make sure it meets our return policy/requirements.
Step 3, Once your return request approved, please ship your item(s) to our designate returning address within 7 days from approval date. NOTE: Please do not return items to the address on your received package, it is the carriers' warehouse address, not our returning address.
Step 4, Our team will process your refund(excluding the original shipping freight, return shipping label charges(if any), return handling fee(if any) and duties/taxes if any) asap once we’ve received your returned package.
Return & Refund Policy
- Final sale, flash sale & clearance item(s) cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
- for sanitary reasons, all returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene sticker attached. We do not accept and refund the returned item(s) that was worn, torn, snagged, stained or altered in any way.
- Original shipping freight, pre-paid shipping label charges(if used), return handling fee(if any), and duties/taxes(if any)are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs/charges mentioned above will be deducted from customer's paid amount.
- Bikini sets, tankini sets or other 2-piece/3-piece sets cannot be returned separately.
- If your order uses an input/automatic discount code or other promotion that requires you to order a minimum order amount or minimum quantity of items, once you request a return and refund, we reserve the right to refuse to provide you the discount code or other promotion if the remaining amount/quantity is less than the minimum amount/quantity requirements.
- Refund will be issued within 3-5 days after we receive & inspect the returned item(s). Beachsissi reserves the right to decline the return(s) and refuse to refund the returned item(s) that does not comply with our return & refund policy conditions.
Do you provide pre-paid shipping label for returns?
Scene 1. for return from Contiguous United States, Canada(exclude remote regions), Australia(exclude remote regions), Germany, United Kingdom(exclude remote regions), France(exclude remote regions) and China mainland, we can provide pre-paid shipping labels, and the charges will be deducted from customer's paid amount. Customers can choose to mail back the item(s) by themselves if they do not use our pre-paid shipping labels. In addition to the above options, customers can also contact our customer service team to get other alternative solutions, this would be more convenient or cost-effective than return item(s) directly.
Scene 2. for returns from other countries & regions, we don't provide pre-paid shipping label, if customers need return, please mail back the item(s) to our central warehouses(locates in United States and China mainland) at your own cost, or contact our customer service team to get other alternative solutions, this would be more convenient or cost-effective than return item(s) directly.
NOTE: If customers mail back the item(s) by themselves, an additional return handling fee(USD$ 8.0 per item) will be applied for sorting, verification, disinfection, relabeling, repackaging, restocking or eco-friendly disposals for returned item(s).

Scene 3. if the received product(s) is defective/damaged, wrong sized or not correct, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, our team will resend a correct or a new product or refund directly after verification, customer is not required to bear extra cost. Please note that the conditions below are not deemed as defective、damaged in quality:
#1. Loose threads, thickness, touch, or differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute as quality issue.
#2. Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute as quality issue.
#3. Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute as quality issue.
#4. Please refer to our size guide chart for decisions on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Sizing/fitting issues do not constitute as quality issue.
#5. Due to differences in design, style and fabric between items, there may be slight differences between different items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
