How long can I return the items?

If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact us to request a return & exchange within 15 days from delivery date. 

Will you pay for the return shipping cost?

If the return is caused by non-quality problems, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific shipping cost should be based on the express company you choose. 

NOTE: Please do not return items to the address on your received package, this is the carriers' warehouse address, not our returning address.

If due to our reasons(the received products are damaged/defective or not correct), beachsissi will resend a correct or a new product immediately or refund directly after verification, consumer is not required to bear extra cost.

How to Start a Return & Exchange?

to apply for a case of return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary. You will then receive an email with our returning address which you will use it to ship back the items.

***Attention***

1. Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will help for us to track your return status and process. Please note the provided tracking number must be trackable.

2. All returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene sticker attached. We do not accept the returned item that was worn, torn, snagged, stained or altered in any way.

3. Refunds will be reimbursed to your original account after we received your returns -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 3-5 business days to process. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a refund notification email.
